There are many ways to a get your money from freelance site. Here are the payment options which are available at GAF and SL:

Paypal is one of the most powerful online payment systems. If you want to do some shopping on the internet or you need to pay anyone online, then you can use Paypal as it is supported everywhere.
To get money from freelance sites, the first option is to use Paypal. It’s safe, fast and it is cheap to get your money from freelance sites using Paypal.
Unfortunately, Paypal is not supported in every country. For example: Paypal is not yet supported in Pakistan.
In case your country is not supported by Paypal then you can use other options like MoneyBookers.
It costs less than $3 to withdraw any amount of money from GAF using Paypal.

After Paypal, MoneyBookers or MB is the best option. For countries like Pakistan where Paypal is not supported, MB is the best option to use. It is because MB is safe, cheap and fast just like Paypal.
The only problem with MB is that, if you want to shop online or you want to buy stuff from sites like EBay, then you cannot use MB for payments as MB is only supported in few online websites.
Anyway, to get your money from the freelance sites, MB is the best Payment Processor.
It will take some time and affect to make an MB account but once you create the account and verify it, then you will be able to withdraw money in seconds. It costs less than $3 to withdraw any amount of money from GAF using MB.

Debit Card:
You can request GAF or SL to send a Debit Card to your postal address. After you receive the debit card, you can then use it in any ATM machine to get your money from GAF or SL.
At first it looked to me that this payment method will be the cheapest way to get your money from freelance sites. But after I saw the FEE that is charged by Payoneer Debit Card, I came to know that it is much more expensive than other payment processors like Paypal or MB etc.
Wired Transfer:
If you choose Wired Transfer option at GAF, then you will see a message that will say something like:
GAF is currently not sending message via Wired Transfer because of some reason.
GAF will say in the message, that you can create a MB account. MB use Wired Transfer to send you your money.
First GAF will send your money to MB and then MB will send that money to your bank account.
All this will cost less than $3.
At SL: Wired Transfer costs $25. So, I think it is not very preferable way to get your money from freelance site. This is one of the most expensive ways to get your money from freelance sites.
I suggest you should use any other payment method, other than this direct Wired Transfer.
EGold:
Unfortunately, EGold has suspended the new registrations. So, no one can make a new account at EGold.
Even if they start registration again: EGold is little costly to use.
By Cheque:
This option is only available at SL. There are two different options available: Cheque by regular mail and Cheque by mail express. Regular mail costs $3 where express mail costs $38. Also, clearing cheques is not simple.
I suggest using other payment methods, instead of Cheques, Wired Wire and EGold.
